I just posted a PDF that is some notes I took while reading several body language books. I didn't record the book titles when I took the notes, so I cannot point you to them. Three things I've noticed or learned over the years: Men, on average, do not do a very good job of reading body language. Women, on average, are very good at it. Finally, the main problem people have who try to meet new people, is their body language and their spoken language are not congruent.  The body says one thing and mouth says another. This creates a sense of mistrust.

Business and leadership are all about trust. If what your mouth says matches what your body says, things will go much smoother for you.
